I am loving Udio right now - it's cut my workload in half compared to our last system!
What I like most about Udio is the customer portal and self check-in. Having the ability for customers to manage their own bookings and check themselves into lessons has enabled us to shift our resources to other areas of the business. This means we are able to offer a better level of service to our customers and more support to our staff.
With Udio, there is transparency and convenience for the customer, smooth cash flow for the business and it allows staff on-site to deliver on higher-value tasks contributing to us being able to provide exceptional service. Implementation was smooth and the Udio team will always go above and beyond to deliver great customer service.
Udio was able to quickly and accurately upload our XL spreadsheets and implement our management system. Our customers have enjoyed being able to access their family profiles, including their bookings and invoices.
The dashboard makes everything so simple and convenient. This product has made me confident in doing my administration work whilst minimising time at my computer.
Udio has had a very positive impact on the management of our staff, parents and students. The customer portal ensures all students are checked by their parents, as well as making staff aware who is and isn’t attending.
I could not run my swim school without Udio. It's very intuitive and it's certainly reduced the admin time, particularly around invoicing - the process is just seamless.
It's fantastic that the customer portal for achievements and progress is integrated into the one unit; it's an integration that saves time.
We’ve seen an 87% uptake of bookings online; that’s over 4,000 transactions per week. We spend less time answering the phones which saves us around $8,500 per year.
We were looking for a dedicated swim school software solution that would centralise our booking and membership system across our 9 centres. Udio was the ideal solution as it was modern, cloud-based and enabled us to have a progressive rollout strategy and also we could add functionality to the core platform on an as needs basis.
