Our handy training guides are designed to walk you through Udio’s core features that you and your staff will typically use on a day-to-day basis.

This guide will walk you through Udio’s core features that are typically used by reception and front desk staff on a day-to-day basis. It includes:
- Customer enquiries (e.g. billing accounts, vouchers, sessions/availability)
- Adding and editing (e.g. contact info, health issues, bill payer, achievements)
- Attendance (e.g. checking a customer in, taking payment, issuing make ups)
